Must Have:

• Experience in web application design using open source MVC, Struts, Spring Frameworks and J2EE design patterns
• Experience in core Java concepts like OOP, JDBC, Multi-Threading, Java Concurrency utilities etc

Nice to have:

Experience with any NOSQL database
